This is displayed to the right of your recipe name.

When looking at your Unlearned recipes tab, you can see what recipes you have materials for.

Cooking, for example, has Food of the Broken Isles - Snacks, Light Meals, Large Meals, Delicacies, Feasts.

Filter options include recipes you have materials for, has skillups, slots, category, and sources.

The Left window groups together your collection and remaining recipes, and the Right window highlights the reagents for the recipe selected.

At the top of the window, you can see your profession level, quickly link your collection to others, search for a recipe, and sort between Learned and Unlearned recipes.
